The Collectors Centre based in Reading in Berkshire is run by three partners, Jim Donovan, Tony Taplin and John Willcocks.
For many years they all traded at the Emporium/Stables Antique Centre in Reading before setting up the centre in 2001, when the Stables closed.
The centre is normally open six days a week-Monday to Saturday - but if you are travelling a distance it is best to phone first to check opening hours, or to see which of the partners is available on that particular day.

Jim (Just Imagination Memorabilia) specialises in VINTAGE Film/Tv/Character Related Toys, Comics and Annuals. He also has a generous supply of vintage vinyl with an emphasis on Club Dance from the 60's to the 90's, Modern Jazz and Soundtracks.
Tony (AT Collectables) deals in Militaria, Antique items and Collectables.
John (JW Toys) buys and sells Model Railway, Diecast Toys, Lead and Plastic Figures, Action Man and Scalextric.
All are interested in purchasing items, but you should check either by phone or e-mail before bringing or posting items to the shop.
The partners believe in shop culture and offer a friendly and personal service. They are attempting to maintain the spirit of the unique second hand shop at a time when they are vanishing fast.
